Hi everyone, this is a reminder that if your team has a full roster of 4 players, that you need to sign up to be eligible to play the tournament by going to the Leagues tab, selecting Passtime League Season 1 (click), and then clicking the green Sign up button above the team list. After that, you will be prompted to select your team from a list. After doing so, you will be given a final confirmation. Click sign up in the bottom right, and you will be signed up. Hi all, this is a cross-post from a Google Doc I made and posted in the NA 4v4 PASS Time Discord.

After more talks, we are going to plan around splitting teams into 3 divisions. If there are not enough teams to do so by the signup deadline, we will consolidate this into 2 divisions (merging Div 2 and Div 3, most likely).

Below are rough guidelines to give you an idea of what to expect, but there may be exceptions depending on the exact players of the roster. Admins/organizers ultimately have the final say on where your team is placed, so if you want to be sure what division your planned roster would end up in, please reach out to the league organizers.

The current plan by division is as follows:

DIVISION 1

• Grandmaster/Master Elite on roster: Guaranteed Division 1
• 3+ Masters on roster: Guaranteed Division 1
• 2 or fewer masters on roster: Most likely Division 1 unless sign-ups allow otherwise. Consult an admin/organizer just in case.

DIVISION 2

• Consult Division 1 guidelines for Master+ rosters
• 3+ Journeymen on roster: Guaranteed Division 2
• 2 or fewer Journeymen on roster: Most likely Division 2 unless sign-ups allow otherwise. Consult an admin/organizer just in case.

DIVISION 3

• Consult Division 2 guidelines for Journeyman+ rosters
• Apprentice rosters and below will be guaranteed eligible for Division 3, unless there are not enough sign-ups to allow for 3 divisions. This will be communicated by tournament organizers after sign-ups end.

Good afternoon everyone, we are happy to announce the first season of the PASSTIME.TF League! This event will sport a 40 key prizepool with donations during the registration period being welcome. If you are interested in donating, you are welcome to send keys to Tomato Tom via his trade link (click here).

This event will have a 5 week regular season where the default match date is Friday at 9:30 EST. Afterwards, playoffs will commence for the next two weeks where two matches will be played per week on Friday at 9:30 EST and Saturday at 9:30 EST. The event will be played on North American servers by default, but players from any region are welcome to sign up!

You may create a team via the Teams Tab (click here), and then when your team has at least 4 members, sign up for the tournament via the Leagues Tab (click here). Reach out to any of the league admins listed in the tournament description if any issues arise.

TOURNAMENT DETAILS:
Registration Period: Mar 28 - April 11
Regular Season: April 17 - May 15
Playoffs: May 22 - May 30

MAPS:
Week 1: Arena2
Week 2: Stonework
Week 3: Torii
Week 4: Greenhouse
Week 5: Coastal

If both teams agree, you may play an alternate map during weeks 3, 4 and 5. Alternate maps per week are as follows:

Week 3: Ruin
Week 4: Stadium
Week 5: Boutique

Playoffs will have all maps included in the pool for picks/bans.

DIVISION STRUCTURE:

As of right now, we do not have a reasonable estimate as to how many teams will be signing up. As such, we will be making divisions proportionate to how many teams are playing. Expectations are to have 3 divisions of at most 6 teams per division to supplement the 5 match regular season, though this heavily depends on turnout. PRIZE POOL DISCLAIMER:

As of right now, the initial 40 key prize pool will be offered to Division 1/Invite. If any donations are made, the person donating may decide which division's prize pool their contribution goes to.
